OT-Best fiberglass tub cleaner

A good homemade cleaner for that is mix 2 cups cleaning vinegar and 1/4 cup Dawn dishwashing liquid in a spray bottle. Spray on there and let sit for 30 minutes or an hour, then scrub and rinse. I had to repeat the process, as I hate cleaning and the tub showed it. This works better than the breath choking stuff I have bought at the store.

Never use even the mildest abrasive cleaner, obviously they will dull the shine. Never mix two cleaners, though most combinations are harmless, some are deadly. Your best bet is any cleaner that contain a mild acid such as lactic or citric, as either will cut the soap residue and mineral film.

Showcrop you got it. Working in commercial kitchen equipment i see all
sorts of stuff. Go on Ebay and look up Citric acid powder. Cost is
about $2.30 a pound. I just bought 52 dollars worth a couple weeks
ago. I use it in canning and you can use it as a vitamin. Now here is
the good part. Turn on you shower so everything is soaked. Let things
sit a minute or two. Take a couple of cups of that citric acid and
carefully sprinkle it on all of the wet surfaces. Let it sit a couple
of hours. Next,,,,,take a shower with a wash cloth and a little more
acid. You will not beleave how much crud comes off. Soap scum, iron
and lime, and the body fats and grease from you. Give it a try!

(quoted from post at 15:53:10 03/18/17) Any recommendations out there for a good cleaner/polish to put on fiberglass tub?
SPRAY 9--been using it for over thirty years as my only vinyl fiberglass cleaner.

Jeffcat, I have been in the food service chemical business for over forty years, in NH and MA. I work now for a manufacturer, and I sell to distributors as far away as West Virginia. We have a bathroom cleaner that has both the citric and lactic, and it sells very well.
