Sun is moving North

Or is the earth axis tilting south? There is an east west road I look at out the kitchen window when I see the sun rise. In the winter the sun comes up south of the east west road. In summer the sun will rise way north. This morning sun rise is closer to due east. The road is like my calendar. More north the sun rise the closer we are to summer.

And on the first day of spring the sun rises and sets in line with the east west road, same with the first day of fall, like clock work.

Spring is march 20. Guess I'll have to take a pic of sunrise while standing on the east/west road.

the sun does not move relative to the planets---the earth is tilted on its axis and as it revolves around the sun the horizon changes--23 degrees toward the sun and then 23 degrees away from the sun

Something else to keep in mind - planet orbits are not constant. I know that the distance and location of other planets can change the orbit of another planet. If I'm not mistaken, orbits can also change due to unusually high to unusually low solar levels. ...Good grief, I must be dyslexic tonight! Spending more time re-writing than I am writing to begin with. *sigh*

I have an east/west road straight out my front door. Runs up a slight hill to a stop sign. The sun was dead center March 8th.
