I read somewhere that if you have a sleepy feeling in the afternoon,,it could be an indication of Squash deficiency.

Dang,here it is getting late in the day and I haven't had one yet. Might as well just keep plugging along and forget it now.
Probably just one of those days made up by the greeting card companies anyway.

I'm trying to work a nap into every day. Got this comfortable easy chair and I can doze better than I can at night in bed. Nap usually lasts right at 1 hr.
