I just found this ad on CL. It might be what you're looking for to solve your quick hitch problem.

That might be the answer. I can't remember exactly why the top hook wouldn't work. It is non-adjustable though. I just went back to the regular arms and toplink. That is what I was thinking about though, and I will look into it. Thanks a lot - Bob
