1070 case 3 point arms

I have 1070 case tractor that the 3 point arms will not raise, they are at lowest point and just bounce some. I have been told that the A59600 valve is the problem. Just trying to get info before taking tractor apart.

Scroll down to the Case DB forum and post again there. Lots of help from guys still turning wrenches there. I would start with simple things like the cable from the control lever to the valve to see if that is working first. Could also be a broken spring on the front of spool. If both intact, then it can be diagnosed from there. Those valves were pretty trouble free, and easy to repair.
