So, talked to Radtechnologies the maker of the BX2750 snow blower for help and discovered that they are now making the spring worm gear that rotates the snowblower shoot in cast iron. Same part number which makes it a little difficult to to get the version I'm looking for. But extremely thankful that they took the time to help me.

Kubota and MB Tractor & Equipment up in NH were equally helpful in the process. M&B's service department worked on solution and looked through their inventory to see if they had the part - their parts person was great in ordering the part from Kubota dropped shipped to my house. Kubota Corp equally as great they had someone go out in their warehouse to locate the part and even send me a picture.

I don't think you can find better customer support anywhere !!!! Rad - Kubota and MB . They all worked on the problem with me last Friday and the part is scheduled to ship out today - home run!.

Over the weekend I took the assembly apart and discovered that the general purpose grease was very tacky and not slippery at all. That and the weight of the wet snow probably caused the problem. Going forward I think I'm just going to use WD40 or silicone spray for the shoot. Still open to advice though

Also, thanks for all the advice on my earlier post

Glad to hear you got a lot of good help from the maker ! That gets harder and harder to get the larger the maker gets it seems.
