I tried to post a pic of the carb but I don't see it up here. Just want to make sure the carb is a Marvel Scheiblerl. Nothing on the carb. I'll try to attach the picture of the carb again here

I'm going to say that is an aftermarket.

Hopefully you can get it apart, clean it up with some spray carb cleaner, poke out all the passages with a small wire, get it working.

Pay particular attention to the idle fuel passages. Idle fuel is drawn up from the main circuit through a hole in the gasket where the bowl bolts to the upper housing. If that gasket is leaking, or there are any restrictions, as in dried out gas deposits, it will not draw idle fuel.

I'd really like to get a good carburator, rebuilt or new. Would you think a new or rebuilt Zenith would bolt up? The Zenith is a dead ringer for this one here. I would think that either a Zenith or a Marvel Schebler would bolt up. I just don't want to start rigging fuel lines and matching threads and fittings.

I believe you will find that is a new Zenith ABC 233 replacement, Steiner catalog has it listed as such for $ 416. They also have a MFS 138 carb for $248.50.
Then, their, is this on this site, under the Ferguson tractor parts above in the grey banner a listing ::
Carburetor, New - With Mounting Gasket. Fits TE20, TO20, TO30. New Carburetor has a different polished finish than the original Marvel-Schebler. Parts are interchangeable with original. Replaces Marvel-Schebler carburetor numbers TSX458, TSX361A, TSX248, TSX272, TSX312 and TSX361. Mounting bolt spacing 2 3/8 inches center to center. Replaces 181644M91, 181643M91. (Part No: 181643M91) $172.50

The choice is yours...

(quoted from post at 08:30:37 02/11/17) That looks like a Zenith carb. Some folks replaced the OEM Marvel -Schebler TSX with them.
Thanks. Thats good information to know that even if it isn't a Zeneth, I can get a Zeneth to bolt on with out rigging things. appreciate the come back sir.

Not a Marvel Schebler. Zenith/Bendix or aftermarket.
I don't have an original TSX for a TO-30 but I do have a
MS TSXU that might work if you're interested. The U stands
for universal. The shafts and fuel line, etc. can be inserted
from either side. We'd need to verify stud spacing at least.

I rebuilt it a couple years ago and it has been collecting dust
ever since. If you're interested I'll put it back on one of my
tractors and re-test it. My email is RoyseTractors at gmail.com
