I have 27 X 8.50-15 tires on my skid loader and want to replace them with a tractor tread type tire.Any suggestions on what to get that will fit these rims? Found a 5X15 tire the same
height but doubt they'll mount up right.

They make a 27x8.50-15 10ply tractor tread tire, I think some of the 4x4 tractors use them on the front. Seen them new for about $80.00 each.

I think I remember a 27X8.50x15 Firestone trencher tire with a tractor type tread. I am no longer sure of the weight capacity, 6 ply I think was the heaviest made. Its been over 10 years since I left the tire business. If I was at my office computer I could pull them up.

I don't really care how they hold up the regular skid loader tires are like having slicks on it in things like manure and mud and I doubt the tire will wear much in either really.I put a set of regular tractor treads on a small articulating loader I have and it gets about 10X the traction it did before.

That what I have now they're useless as far a getting traction,I need a regular tractor tread that'll dig in some in the red clay around here. When the ground gets a little wet they just fill up with mud and spin.
