They always had good parts for a decent price and good sales people. I'm a little miffed at them now, but I probably won't boycott them. I needed a set of piston rings for a 9700, and provided them with all the necessary serial numbers ,etc. Reliance, in this one instance, used Ford P/Ns on their product, and I was able to determine that they sent me rings for a 8700. I photocopied a couple pages out of my parts book and carefully highlighted all the differences between 8700 and 9700 part numbers, and sent a copy of their invoice to show that they did indeed have the correct information. The proper rings were about $100 more, and I was ok with that. What ticks me off is I got charged for shipping on the correct rings, and I had to pay to ship the wrong ones back. Not that big a deal, really, about $50 all together. They refused me any consideration on the shipping charges, citing that I had aftermarket pistons in the tractor. Two of the photocopies I sent him were pages showing the correct P/Ns for the pistons for that engine for that tractor. After awhile , I cooled off and dropped it, because I DO like like the parts and the prices. But if you ever want to order a sleeve and piston set form this company, make sure you find out who pays to ship all this iron around if there's a mistake.
