Anyone know if a tractor junk yard around N TX?

I want to buy some rather large bits for my tractors, but I don't want to pay shipping from OH or PA, or even MN. all the tractor breakers yards seem to be up in the east or midwest.

Hoping someone on here knows of a breaker yard, or recycler or what ever you want to call them around TX/OK somewhere close.

I did a nice walk through Mid-South Tractor Parts in Decatur, Alabama a few years ago. 10 or 15 acres of stuff.

There's something that appears to be a heavy equipment junkyard in Shreveport, right along I-20. I'll try to make inquiry if you should wish.

I've been told Gap tractor salvage in Cransfills Gap doesn't have very much used tractor inventory. In fact they're closed on Saturdays. You can try Kaddatz equipment in Hillsboro. 254-582-3000. As previously stated for Ford/NH parts Alexanders in Winnsboro is the go to place.

X 2 on Kaddatz. I've bought items from them. Good folks to
work with and they have a large inventory. Give them a call
and see if they have what you want.

Svehlak Tractor in Taylor is a pretty good place to do business with. Have bought Oliver parts from him. Don't know of he does anything in other brands. 512-633-5014.

Used to be one outside of Greenville and one over in Pittsburg. I bought some parts from the one in Pittsburg nice people and the parts were as they
said they would be. The one in Emory might still be there. Was a mix of old cars, trucks and tractors. Pick your own parts.

Tony, I haven't had much luck with parts for old tractors at B&M lately. Maybe I just went at the wrong time.

I know I'm being picky,
but out of ten people who answered your question,
only one said what state the yard is located in.
Pittsburg, PA???
Greenville, IL???
Bozeman, MT???
Many states have the same name towns.

o you mean Emory texas? That's my territory & I don't know of anything there for last 30 years. Recall a location?

I have bought parts from Broke F Salvage in Commerce, TX. Hunt County.
Not a
large yard but lots of John Deere and Farmall parts. Also sell new parts and
tires, etc.

We ordered parts for our John Deere Model A from Gap tractor in Cranfells Gap, and got excellent service, but that was many years ago. I don't know of any tractor salvage yards in my area (Wichita Falls). Good luck

It may be gone. But I recall an old cotton gin. Cars, tractors and trucks everywhere. Some in the trees. I used to service the phone office generator.
Would stop by when in town.

Perform a Google search & report back how many Cransfills Gap locations show up PLUS as Billy Shafer stated OP asked for salvage yards in N Texas not PA,Il or Mt! Also Google how many states have all 3 towns of Cransfills Gap,Hillsboro & Winnsboro located within their boundaries???? FYI Bozeman's salvage yard is located In Lubbock,TEXAS

What models do you need parts for ?and what are you looking
for ? I'm in Sw Oklahoma I'm not a salvage yard, but do sell
