If you have a case G 148 engine. They can be repaired and be rebuilt. The cylinders are wet sleeved and do come with an engine rebuilt kit. Blot if cracked a real good experience welder can fix it and you can clean it up making it looked like it was never cracked. 1950 engine you say I have one in my case 440 U. you might want to look for some body who is taking a case tractor apart Or call a tractor salavage yard.

I started to rebuild crank is junk and block already linebored nothing left to work with. Would like to find a complete engine that's running.

Started to rebuild crank is junk block can't be linebored to far gone needs sleeves head cracked.
