Wife got a new phone and I ended up with it. It has an app that measures my steps during the day. I'm sure it probably does other stuff too, but I don't need anymore right now. Today I walked 2.6 miles. The most I've every logged was 10 miles in one day. I had a lot of brain fog and I retraced a lot of steps that day.

Sounds like a lot of trips in to a room when you forgot what you went after.

I use it cause my cardiologist told I need to average 10,000 steps per day. My average inile.is 7 miles per day

i have a samsung s6 active, it counts steps also, most ive had so far is 19996 in one day. it cheers me on if i get 6000 steps in one day,really not hard to do, i get that many usually taking it easy
