MF 65 value estimate

A few years ago I inherited a barn with a late 1950's MF-65 with a loader on it. This tractor is not in great shape, but it runs. I have an interested buyer and I don't want either of us to feel like we're getting a raw deal. Is there a good source for determining this tractors fair asking price?

Price on an old model using tractor is heavily dependent on your region and the local market. A few general tips that would apply in my area are that in most cases diesel tractors bring more than gas tractors, tire condition is a big factor, an all hydraulic loader is worth three times as much as a trip bucket. If you check the local sale papers and craisglist you will most likely get a good idea.

Best I can do given the factors that LAA posted......$1500 to 3500.

A neighbor just sold one average to slightly above average shape for $3500. A diesel in Michigan with what I think was a farm hand loader on it.
