Santa's ride

Bought a Model A this fall and used it for a photo shoot with Santa to make Christmas cards this year. This was a few weeks ago, seems like we have had snow ever since. And cold. Maybe next year Santa will get to pose with one of the tractors.

Wow how many muddy fields did Santa drive through? Looks like about one inch worth in the rear fender. Is this a 31? Very nice lighting. Good fill and even. Nice dreamy look to the picture.

I've always wanted a Model A Ford, but I'll probably never get one.
That sure is a class ride for Santa. Great picture.

It was fun setting up the lights. We where joking it was like a movie shoot with tripods and floodlights. We had lots of rain the week before this was shot and there was mud everywhere. Yes, it is a 31 slant windshield. It's going to get a good going over this winter before it goes on the road next summer.

Looks good Dan. I could tell that it was a 1931 model because the radiator shell is painted. Make s nice picture for Santa.

I have a 31 ford pickup and a 2 door sedan and a coupe. The sedan and the coupe are both from 1929 but they all look good and run well. I used to drive mine all around during the summer but for the last two years they have been just setting in the garage. I would suggest that you drive your car whenever possible. Happy holidays.
