"changed" one this summer on our quad shop, 1st one wore out after 8years of opening at least 4 times a day. 10x12 so not that bad. good directions and u tube. 2 man job and heavy
 
Not that particular brand, but I've installed and repaired them.

They are generally good doors. They are rated for how often they are cycled. If it will be operated a lot, best go with the high cycle model, or it will be breaking the spring and crashing down! Replacing the spring is a major disassembly job.

The down side to them is they leak a lot of air along the sides where the ribs meet the door jamb, and are not rodent proof.
 
thanks guys air leaks cant be as bad as now and rodents i cant keep all then out but sister has lots cats the keep then in check,, just getting to old slide the old one open and i got rebuild them or put nice up down power one i think i go with the powered one
