New Holland website

Boy, what a POS. I have an older Ford tractor and am looking at a "newer" New Holland purchase. I went to the NH website and registered. I tried to "add" the pending purchase to my profile so I could get an owner's manual for it, use the "community", etc. Couldn't get it to "add", tried to contact NH via the website, the link wouldn't work, couldn't add my "favorite dealer", logged off and on again, profile had no info in it. Don't know if it's a time lag thing but not a very user friendly place. Anyone else use it? Or is it just a POS?

I have used it to look up parts & get part numbers for what I need. Then I end up calling the dealer and placing the order. For some reason the site won't select my dealer even though the dealership is listed. I never tied to go much further on the site. I found the books I needed on Ebay, MUCH cheaper than the dealer or New Holland. Our older tractors & swathers, etc. are kind of unwanted step children now with the Case / IH / New Holland deal. The older stuff seems well enough supported by the after market but some of the 'middle age' equipment is still primarily dealer / mfgr. supported and I've found out some parts for my "genisus" series tractors and our NH HW300 are still available, but expensive (what isn't) and usually not in stock at either dealer available to me.

I use the new holland my shed app. It is great. It will
give you drawings and everything you can even
order parts. I have no idea why Deere doesn't have
an app just like it
