Posting photo problem

I have a HP computer running windows 7.
Whenever I want to post a photo, here or any other forum, about 1/2 my photos appear as empty folder.
Strange that this only happens while in a site trying to post.
I can open photos, to view, and all appear with no problems.

Yes--this problem just started a couple of days ago.
I have scanned for viruses, run CCleaner and rebooted.

I'm still on Windows 7, still works well for me, fast too. And no, I know nothing about the cabin, just like the picture.

As stated--Not a problem with this site only. I even have same problem with CraigList photo posting.

No idea if this will help you or not... but was googling
your issue and MS support says in one article that it might
be hidden files (maybe hidden by malware?).

Select the Start button,
then Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization.

Select Folder Options,
then select the View tab.

Under Advanced Settings,
select Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives...
and then select OK.

Also, there is a free version of Malwarebytes with which one can scan for malware.

Thanks for your effort---- but ALL photos show with no problems when viewing.
The problem only occurs when I try to attach photos on any forum, not just on YT.
Strange thing is, only about half show folders as having photos and the other half show folders and say they are empty.
I have Malware bytes and run it regularly.
Nothing is hidden.
