LP forklift

Dad has a Komatsu FG25 forklift that we are considering converting back to gasoline. What does it take to do this? Thanks

Should just need a gasoline carb, functioning fuel pump and a clean gas tank.

Just wondering why ? Those things run clean, burn clean and seem to last forever. Is there a problem in the propane system ? If so, probly a better choice to repair. HTH

Like we are just considering it right now. It starts hard when the motor is cold. What all can I do for that?

Just a taste of Starting fluid will do it. Does it have a fresh tune-up ? Does it have the impco system ? holding down the push button on the regulator should do it ....

Marcus,If there is something wrong with the fuel system,Just rebuild it.Most of the time if anything causes a problem it is the fuel regulator or fuel lock valve.You can get rebuild kits for them at a reasonable low cost.After a time they become gummed up with a thick tar like substance,that also hardens and cracks rubber control valves and diaphragms. The engine will run many many X longer and trouble free on L/P PROPANE as it will on gasoline.

Points , Condenser , cap & rotor. Yours has a Nissan (H20?)engine ?
