Thought for the day:

?Do the best you can in every task, no matter how unimportant it may seem at the
time. No one learns more about a problem than the person at the bottom.?

My art teacher at Hamonds School in Swaffham was a close relation of Howard Carter. Harry Carter was a brilliant artist and wood carver making many village signs here in Norfolk. The one for Sandringham that was presented to the Queen, all our class had a chip out of it.

Today is the birthday of both one of my sisters and a niece. I had forgotten until just now. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

And by the way, interesting stuff as well. Browning Arms, eh? Good day in history all around.
