Interested in a dash cam for my pickup. Main reason is to have a record of what a$$hole did just before he hit me.

What's your recommendation on features, etc?

I use a Garmin GPS with a built in dash cam. I'm pleased with it.

Make sure it is reliable, I've had several that only lasted a short time. Also make sure it interects with your electronics for saving the video. Many will only interect with a computer and not tablets or cel phones. Also read about formatting the data card so you don't loose your video just when you need it. And don't forget that it records you too.
