New Holland td80d tractor brakes sticking

What would make the brakes on this tractor stick after you use them? The only way to unstick them is to go back and forth several times. This tractor doesn't really have power brakes that amplify the brakes when the tractor is running. There is a brake fluid reservoir under the hood that has lines running to the axles. It has a bleeder on the axles which I have bled several times. Does anybody know much about these tractors? Its not really an old tractor at all, thought I would come here for help though. Thanks

I have come across this problem before with Case tractors when the incorrect brake fluid has been used to top up-it makes the master cylinder
seals swell and stick not allowing the brakes to release. I think your tractor is equivalent to a Case JXU series (Fiat origin)

Im not saying that youre wrong, but we have always used the fluid that the dealer says the tractor called for.
