WILL A CAB FROME A FORD 4000/4500 FIT A FORD 340. THEY LOOK VERY CLOSE TO THE SAME DASH PANEL. HAVE A CHANCE TO GET ONE AND IT WOULD BE NICE. THANKS

Virtually all cabs that were put on tractors of that vintage were made to fit many different makes and models. Yes it will fit, it is just a question of what you will need for adapters, brackets and space fillers etc. if you are not set up to do that type of work yourself it may be worth your while to get a fabricator to look at both tractors in order to give you an idea of what it will take.

do, I believe that should be a pretty
close swap but I'm sure a few things
will be different. I am in the process
of putting a Ford 8000 cab on to a Ford
850, definitely takes some fabrication.
Decided to make custom sheetmetal too
since original sheetmetal and battery
location were going to be an issue.
