Why do people put things for sale and not put price in ad.It make's me think they want to talk you into buying it when you call.I wont call ad if it does'nt have one.

I see that a lot too. I always call them. What really makes me mad is when they get all huffy about you calling to just ask the price ! I'd say without exception so far they all had prices too high to publish.

If it's something you want, it's worth a shot. 99 times out of 100 it will be overpriced, but for the price of a phone call, you might find that rare gem.

Who cares if you insult the seller? You don't know him from Adam and you probably won't ever interact with them again. Besides, it's their problem. All they have to do is say no and move on with life.

People get so insulted these days over the littlest of things. So what if the guy gave you a lowball offer? Say no, thank them politely, and continue with the rest of your day. That's all you have to do.

It's like on Craig's list when someone lists something puts a price on it and no picture. I won't even call as I feel if you want me to buy it show me what it looks like. I've seen where they use a manufacture's picture and it looks like cr@p when you get there. Won't be fooled again.
