Interesting, thanks.
It is a lot of work to document what each item goes for.

........... and a lot more work to post it all for others to see.
Thanks again for doing that, along with all the excellent pictures.

Wow wish I could have been there, looks like it was a great sale and with those prices, I probably would have been coming home with a couple! Thanks for the pics!

A couple of my HS classmates were at the sale and they thought that the 62 Impala would go for 4-5K..It was pretty rusty, especially the rear quarters and it wasn't a SS...In 1966-67 when we were seniors one of them had a metallic blue 1962 Impala SS 327-300 horse 4 speed car that was a beauty..He sold it for $800 in 1968..

That's the direction those old tractors are going here in Kansas. It's a shame some of those machines went that cheap. The market has just softened so much - even for 85-90 horse like the 856. The useable ones like the 88 series still reflect the "new" crop tractor market. A good 88 or 86 series tractor still brings the bidders out. The letter series - not so much. There looks like there were almost too many good old tractors. People will fight over a couple but not a whole line of them.

Thanks for posting, wish I could buy tractors, and other things, around here for those prices.

Thanks for the pics..My favorite pic is the '62 Chevy. That is my favorite Chevrolet of all time. Hard to find a 300 hp 327 4 speed, though...Especially in a convertible.

Gosh, remember when guys were tripping over themselves to get an MTA no matter what the cost?
