What a wonderful mid October day

It has been gorgeous here, and looks like next week will be too, took tractor and motorcycle for drives today in tee shirt.
 
Just funning you, seems like October, temp was 80 on Friday, upper 70s yesterday and 70 today.
 
Icey wind here today, Temp made it to 43F. Supposed to be clear with little to no posibility of rain until next weekend, what ever "little to no" means.

Not mid-October here in MI, but still darn nice. I couldn't stay in, did a few chores and got in my 1956 M38a1 military Jeep and went for a good long ride around some of the lakes. Lots of burning leaves, trees just past the best, might be my last ride of the year without Carhartt's(no sides or top).

It was even nice in Sask. this weekend. After a month of miserable cold rain and snow we are now starting to see a few combines moving. Hope it lasts the rest of the month.
We hit near 60 degrees here and it was good weather for riding an open tractor.

Been nice in Illinois too, 70 today. Don't usually remember last years weather but on the 18th last year I had surgery, on the 20th we had 12/14 inches of snow, hoping that isn't a recurrence this year.
 
Could use 2 more to get these blasted beans done. Forecast is still relatively nice, but chance of rain Monday.

What a year.

Shouldn't complain, the crops are darn good for the increadably rain forest conditions we've had all summer, just tough to get them out.
