How to adjust a clutch on a 52 Case

11/5/16 I finished putting in the clutch on the 52 Case. It says 11/2 -2 inch free play. I have the clutch pedal so it is loose 11/2 inches from the foot platform to the clutch pedal and there is no gear grinding. Is that Free play?

sounds right. is that a model D or ? .. as the late ones had the foot clutch in place of the hand clutch.
