I like to buy everything I can that is made or grown in America. A few years ago I bought jeans from a company called Buddy's Jeans that manufactures jeans in Mississippi. They are some tough old-school jeans!

They are 100% cotton, made in the U.S. and reasonably priced, with fast shipping. The unwashed denim is so strong when you get them they will almost stand on their own. They should be washed once before wearing (I dry everything on a clothes line and it would probably be a bad idea to put these in the dryer due to shrinkage). I have three pairs now and all have been exceptional.
I highly recommend that if you want some jeans like the ones we wore back in the day, before all this lame stone-washed, pre-faded, off-shore garbage. I have no connection to this company, just a very satisfied customer who thought he should share.
