belly mount sickle bar mower

hello all . I am new to this kind of thing .
my oldest son and I have inherited a super m . it did have a belly mounted
sickle bar mower .
b4 daddy passed away he had a neighbor haul off the scrap iron.
we went to hook up the mower and we find that they got the pto shaft , gear that goes from the pto shaft [stay with me]
that connects to the shorter pto exchange for the sickle bar to work and the cylinders and the other casrting that the pto exchange shaft goes too.
also the frame that bolts onto the frame that holds the engine.
I have looked at countless sites and companys ,did find one like this at liveauctions.com it had sold for 225$ I think it was .
HELP!!!!! the super m was bought pretty new I geuss . the sickle bar mower is an IH FARMALL original model.
my only uncle I ever had used this mower and tractor all his life, and I want to carry that forward as long as I can. I remember it since I was 5 years old and am 58 now.HELP ME PLEASE. thanks , john aka super m

You lost me on what exactly you're missing, but generally speaking it is much easier and cheaper to find a whole complete mower than individual lost parts. As you've seen the individual parts can go for HUGE prices, because like you, many other people are desperate for those one or two little parts that were lost through neglect over the years.

You can often spend a whole lot more than the mower is worth on one or two missing parts.

I would suggest, if parts are hard to find, or unavailable,
Find a way to fabricate what you need. Find a machine shop for help.

John, I am afraid no one is going to know exactly what you are looking for. I have a SMTA with a mid mount mower and could probably answer your questions but have no idea what you are asking. First thing you need to tell us is the MODEL of the mower. Don't know? That is what pictures are good for. Then be more specific about missing parts. The mid mount mower of that era that I am familiar with does not have a lot of loose parts unless it was partially disassembled. If it was, maybe it was non functioning and he was trying to repair it? Mine is a 115 mower and the only loose part I can think of is the gear that mounts on the PTO shaft and the chain that runs from that gear to the drive shaft gear mounted on the draw bar. I keep both in the baler toolbox, maybe look in Dad's other hay equipment and see did he do similar. Otherwise, get out your phone and shoot us some pics.

I am missing the pto link that comes off the back of the tractor , the mounts that are bolted to the side going down , the large casting that the hyd cylinders connect too .I know it is hard to picture this . 4030 international belly mount mower /bing images shows the whole setup . it was on liveauctioneers.com page .if you look at that ,it shows the frame mounts , the large casting that the chain and the hyd cylinders hooks up to . the frame mounts , and the large casting are missing . I have type everything into computer and looked at hundreds of mowers BUT that is the only one that comes up . no model # or anything on liveauctioneers.com site . I will try to get picts up tomorrow of what I have . thanks everybody , john aka superm

HELLO.DAVE H [MI] I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR ANY PAST OR FUTURE HELP.
I DONT HAVE A MODEL # . IVE LOOKED UP SEVERAL BMSBM FOR THE SUPER M AND THEY SAY 110 , 115 120 OR 1100.YA I KNOW.
SO I AM NOT SURE WHAT MODEL .I DO HAVE THE PART # NUMBER OF THE CASTING THAT THE BELLY MOUNTS ATTACH TOO IS ,463325r1.
CASE/IH DOESNT GO BACK THAT FAR WITH PARTS OR SERVICE.
I HAVE FOUND A PICTURE OF THE MOWER. IT IS HERE , I TYPED IN THIS AND IT CAME UP WITH THE FOLLOWING- IH120 SICKLE BAR MOWER , OR 4030 IH BELLY MOUNT MOWER FOR SALE.
THAT LINK SHOWS THE MOWER ALSO . IT WAS SOLD AT AUCTION 8 YEARS AGO AND THEY DONT HAVE RECORDS OF WHAT MODEL IT WAS .
I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO POST PICTS OF WHAT I HAVE.THE WIFE IS IN AR . VISITING HER SON AND I AM JUST NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ENOUGH TO GET A PICT ON HERE .
I DO KNOW THAT I DONT HAVE THE MOUNTS FROM THE FRAME DOWN , THE PTO GEAR AND CHAIN , THE PTO EXTENSION/SHAFT THAT CONNECTS TO THE WOBBLE BOX? THAT DRIVES THE PULLEYS TO MAKE THE BAR GO BACK AND FORTH.
ANY HELP IS A BLESSING , IVE YOU HAVE A SMTA WITH A BELLY/MID MOUNGT I AM THINKING THAT WOULD BE THE SAME .

BARNYARD ENINEERING , IF I COULD FIND A WHOLE MOWER , THAT WOULD BE GREAT .
AS OF RIGHT NOW ? ALL I CAN FIND IS THE PICTS I MENTIONED.
MY UNCLE USED THIS MOWER FOR NIGH ON 50 YEARS , SENTIMENT HAS NO PRICE .
