What is the pipe shape end on a hydraulic cylinder called? I need to buy some.

You mean the little pipe like thingy inside the 'eye'? It's called a "bushing",usually made of brass or bronze
 
I usually call them pins and bushings. If you go to a welding shop they may have machine grade steel pipe for replacing them,they'd cut the end off and weld on a new one and tap it out for the grease zerk. It likely had a brass bushing inside when it was new as well?
 
I have bought a lot of stuff from them over the years, are good to deal with. They make and have their own clyinder line as well as other brands and have all parts to build or repair them. Started using them 30 yrs ago.
