A friend just bought a Jaeger pump with this motor in it. Do any of you guys know what tractors or other equipment this motor would fit. It turns over and looks like it wouldn't take much to make it run. Its a flathead with a magneto.

The 4 cylinder F series Continental were very popular industrial engine and there are many variations in the, There number one applications was in fork lifts. Let us know what you need as parts are available.

That's a popular industrial engine.

That you have identified it as an F140, you should be able to find just about anything you need for it.

There are many variations though, shop carefully. Use casting numbers when possible, check illustrations and measurements.

My Case VC has one . Actually it's a 124 , but identical outside. They were in Lincoln Welders , Champ Forklifts and lots of military stuff.

Correction. The Massey Harris Colt had the F-124 engine. The MH 22 and the Mustang had the F-140.
