Sheet metal nuts

case one

New User
I am restoring a Case 311b and need the 1/4" square nuts that snap into the square holes in the sheet metal parts, hood, side panels, etc. Does anyone make or sell these type of nuts?

(quoted from post at 07:57:16 10/04/16) Is this what you need?

Probably have to buy the assembly, but maybe take the nut out, if possible.
Alighning weld nuts
I have looked at these, they are similar to what I need.
It is difficult to weld them in place because they have to be in the correct place to line up with the adjoining part.
This forum stuff is new to me, I would attach a picture of what I need but don't know how or if it can be done.;

Do you need the nuts or the cage or both? If nuts, then I would think square nuts would work. Bend up one edge of the cage slip it in and push it back down. my 2 cents worth.

.
Cage nuts are what I am after and it turns out they are widely available in a number of places, at a variety of prices.
Thanks to all the folks for their help.
