I know we talk about Harbor Freight all the time, but...
I bought the $40 tire changer you all recommended a while back. I mounted it to a solid top pallet. I got to use it a couple days ago. Man, is that slick. I figure if I get a tough tire on it I can hold the pallet down with the forks and it isn't mounted in the middle of the shop floor when I don't need it.
I also needed another trailer for behind the UTV's. I have one for fencing, one for feeding alfalfa bales to new mamas, one for generators and pumps, etc. I went to Harbor Freight and had a $250 coupon for the 4x8 one that's rated to haul around 1200 pounds. It's foldable (although I didn't put any of that on). I got it together today. It's built REALLY well and heavy duty. Everything matched right up, I had the right number of every fastener, and ALL of the nuts are nylon lock nuts. I'm very impressed with it.
To keep it all farm related, I think I'm going to try cutting the first field of milo tomorrow. NE Kansas. Beans are still a good three weeks out.
