Engine torque specs

I'm buttoning up the engine of a 9N. Using the torque specs from a CD PDF, it recommends rod: 35-40 ft/lbs, head 50 -55 ft/lbs, crank 75 - 80 ft/lbs. Do these look correct?

Also, the gasket set has a metal head gasket and some are advising me to use a felpro head gasket, apparently felt with metal surrounds. It looks like that was the type of gasket used previously.Any harm in using a metal after a felt one or should a felt one be reinstalled.

The I-T FO-4 manual agrees with those number
