Use a 4430 manifold set, and a 4320 elbow with a home mad adapter between the elbow and the turbo,, here are some pics of how I do them.. Mail me if you want to know more about it..

Will the turbo fit under the hood? How much hp will i get out of that setup? So i just need a 4430 turbo intake and exhaust mans and thats it? Besides some plumbing of course... Thanks

Put a heat insulator between the turbo and the hood. I did a similar project and the turbo burnt a small spot in the paint on my hood. I used a complete 4430 engine, but I am sure what you propose will work. Like Tim said the 4320 elbow will let you use the stock hole in the hood.

Ok thanks a lot.So my freind with a 4430 says you cant put the 4430 turbo on a 4020 because the 4430 has a 466 and the 4020 a 404 is this right? And tim is that a 4020 in the pictures you sent?

You will burn the hood with 4430 stuff.I ended up using a M@W exhaust manifold, elbow and tubeing and inlet stuff and used the 4430 intake and made a pipe from blower to manifold. If I can get my son to take a pic and put on here it will show what Y did.

Not butting in but published data I found said that my 1960's 4020 engine was 3xx cu in putting out 96 hp. Other data said that my 1979 4230 had a 404 cu in engine and put out 100 hp. The 4430 was just a turbo sitting on a 4230 and it put out 125 hp.
