Not mine, and I know nothing about it, other than It had new or near new rear tires on it. Sign said $4000. In "What Cheer" Iowa across from the Caseys General store. Nice paint from what I saw. Thought someone on here might be interested! I think the first one I ever saw!

Fate-Root-Heath was the mfg but they mostly made locomotives
to diversify the company started making a small tractor they called the Plymouth A
so named because the company was located in Plymouth Ohio
a battle with Chrysler which they won over the Plymouth name, which they then sold to Chrysler saw them renaming to Silver King partly due to the silver paint they used on the Plymouth A

that's the short story

Yep, but they couldn't keep using that name because some Detroit outfit was making a cheap little reliable crate of a automobile with that name already I guess apparently named after some rock in the Atlantic Ocean just east of Massachusetts. A sailing vessel became their trademark as I recall.

I have a friend that has a Fate Root Heath, or the remains I should say, for sale. I was supposed to post something about it months ago.
