Truecaller app?

Does anyone use the truecaller app on smart phone? Opinions? Do you have a better app to block Rachel and spam calls?

I have an app called Call Blocker. As far as I can tell they just scam more fake numbers to display. I just as many bad calls now as I did before.

Rachel keeps changing her number. It even showed up as a
local number several times on my cell phone.

Rachel called me 5 times in the same day from the same number. That's why I Installed truecaller. So far it seems to be working. Truecaller can even block restricted calls. You don't even know they are calling anymore.

Truecaller appears to be the most popular one. Last night it installed 35 new spam numbers.
