UTB Universal 650 DT Super Hydraulic issues

Hi all,
Ive been using this tractor this year for tilling and running my baler. Works fairly well, had a few issues but I worked through them to get the job done.
Yesterday I un hooked the baler and attempted to hook up the tiller. It has been sitting for a couple weeks. The 3 point has been parked all the way up, I went to lower it to hook up the tiller and it went all the way down, past the elevation that I had it set for. and now I cant get it to lift.
I know there is hyd fluid because my power steering still works. I do realise that the steering has a separate pump, but im finding it hard to believe the main pump just quit pumping. Like not at all. 3 point wont lift with zero weight on it.
It has the original BOSHE valve.
Any ideas where to look for the problem??

Sounds like you have some air in the system,1st check the fluid level then try the remotes first one way and then the other with the ends open usually that will purge the air from those
Fiats. Also there is a screen in the suction line on most of them it may be partly clogged. What part of the country (World) are located? Not Many of those tractors in the US.

Hi. I live in BC Canada The power steering works fine so I assumed there was oil reaching the inlet side of the pump.. I did a flow test on the two remote hyd. circuts. The components I used for the flow test are,, flow meter, needle valve and a preasure guage.
Result . ZERO oil flow

So now the fun begins, Drained the oil, 3 1/2 pales.. needs changing anyway, pulled the filter and housing, The filter looks very old, supported the mid and front of tractor with jacks, removed right side support frame that is beside pump, removed pump.
Now trying to find a replacement pump ......

Any ideas??
