I bought a new 8560 in Feb. of 2013 (70 pto hp, cab and loader, MFWD). This was the largest that they made at that time. The pto went out a few weeks ago. I called the closest dealer to me about repairs he said it would be two weeks at least to get to it and get the parts. Due to a parts mix-up it took a little over 3 weeks. They called when it was ready and we went and picked it up. They asked when I bought it, I told them and they said thank you. The dealer I bought it from had turned his dealership back because of problems with Mahindra. The dealer I took it to is also a New holland dealer and has been in business over 50 years. I told them that the 5 yr. warranty was why I bought the Mahindra.

You should be able to take your tractor back to any dealer under warranty, no questions asked, especially if the original dealer is no longer a dealer. Most manufacturers these days have no problems with that.
The dealer that balks is probably too lazy to do the paperwork, or excessively greedy. Typically manufacturers pay a "flat rate" on the warranty repair, while the dealer could pad your bill with extra shop time, inflated parts prices, etc., to make a few extra bucks. Fortunately the Internet and Internet forums have put the kaybosh on that for the most part.
