I posted this message on case forum also, but need to know how to adjust rear wheels on case 1070. Need right wheel in towards tractor a little.
 
You can move them on the rim if they are on the inside rib, just loosen all the clamp boots and put it on the other rib. Otherwise 7uou can move them on the axle. Take 3 of the wedge bolts out, and loosen the other 3. Run the three you took out into the 3 threaded holes to break the wedge loose. Once the wedge is loose I drive a punch or chisel in to spread it a little, then work the wheel back and forth some to break it loose. Then work some oil in and you should be able to push it in. They can be toughnif they haven't been moved for a while, but generally they are aboit the easiest out there.
