Unusual Deutz tractor

Sometime in the late 70's I was at the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville. In the Deutz exhibit there was a cab-over or maybe it was called a cab-forward tractor. It had a very large cab that sat over the front wheels, an operators seat and a bench seat that 2 people could easily sit on. Front and rear 3ph, pto and hyd. outlets on both ends. The engine layed over at about a 45 degree angle so the cab was not extremely high off the ground. My question is has anyone seen or driven one? Would like to have a picture if anyone has one. Thanks

Ken, I think that was it. I've always thought this was a neat tractor. Kind of a radical design but for a small row crop farm like we had in the 70's would have been a good planting and cultivating tractor with the right implements. Thanks Max

I just saw a Deutz Intrac (bottom photo) at the Almelund, MN show last weekend. First one I'd ever seen in person.

But as you said then it would have been a bear to hook anything up to the rear of it. Being the operator's station was about 6'-8'? forward of the 3 point and drawbar you could see nothing at all back there.
The one we saw didn't have the front 3 point did it? If it did I didn't notice it.

(quoted from post at 00:21:32 08/18/16) The second tractor is not a Deutz, it's a Fendt.

Here's a Deutz Intrac:

That would make a great snow blower tractor if the front has a PTO too!
