Nice pics. Surprised at the number of oil pulls out there. Were they popular in Colorado, back in the day?

Interesting in the first picture that it is the "new" Huber. Shows that everything old was once new and everything new will become old. And I can attest to that. Groan. ADB

I really like those return flue Hubers. Much simpler design without having to use all those stays around the firebox.
Doesn't that Aultman have power steering?
Richard

If this rain ever quits I'll load up and head to the Power of the Past at Greensburg tomorrow. I need to talk to some of the guys there and see if we can even get trailer in to unload and set up. I've got 4" in gauge now and more coming.

Not sure about the steering, I'll have to check that out. They have it belted to the sawmill as well as others at the show. I think the show is the oldest in the US, 68th this year.

we have had about same here. Sure did need it but it can quit anytime. I guess all your water will be down here in a few days, but seen that the river is not predicted to get out.

When we hosted the Massey EXPO in 2014 we had over 800 tractors total with the Massey. Rumely and Case also draw large turnouts. They brought up a 150 HP Case engine from Georgia and had to remove smoke stack, governor and canopy for overpasses and it was 12 feet 4" wide outside of the wheels. Picture of big and small from EXPO

Jim, the National Thrashers Reunion in Wauseon,Ohio 2017 will be their 73rd show. They have a great turn out of steam engines and old tractors.I try to go every year.

Jim. I saw one of the Aultmans years ago. I think it does have some sort of steering assist. helped get it lined up in closer quarters. Its been 45 or more years, memory is now bad. Someone else post back.

I don't have nothing big. Most use semi, lowboy. It would cost a bunch to get a big engine up here from Georgia. The fellow that owned it was Nascar's Bill Elliot's cousin and he followed it in his motorhome, he told me he was up to 80mph keeping up with semi in order to get up some of the hills in Tennessee.
