I have a ih350u the valve next to hydraulic reservoir keeps posing out I have changed over ring a snap ring .sometimes I can go a couple hours other times clip starts to come out almost right away I assume this is a safety valve. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated thank you

When it pops out, what happens? Does it spray high-pressure oil, or does it just fall out?
It could be you simply need to replace that valve housing with one that is not damaged. Though, I am not sure what valve you are talking about. A picture would help.
If it sprays high-pressure oil, you have bigger problems. Something is blocking the internal flow of hydraulic oil when the system is not being used, causing the whole system to be under pressure. Likely the valve is still damaged.
Does the tractor make any sort of rhythmic grunting, buzzing, or squealing noises? That would indicate something is wrong in the hydraulic system.
What is wrong? Who knows. Something's blocking the flow somehow. You'd need to have X-ray vision to figure it out without taking it all apart.

I have a 300 u so this made me wonder about it,so I looked it up on the case/ih parts site.I believe it the flow control/regulator valve.As to why it comes out,could be a stoppage/restriction some where,or the snap ring or its groove is bad, or it is assembled wrong.Look at the diagram and see if yours is assembled the same.Mark

looks like one side is worn off and needs replaced. There also looks to be some kind of seal /o-ring has come out of it's place.
