Neighbor lady had water leaking from ceiling in the dining room. The drip pan in the air conditioner in attic was plugged. 10 minutes later it was unplugged . No charge . Found a 12 pack of Corona on my back doorstep. I think I got paid in spades. HEE! Let your conscience be your guide. Are you a heating air conditioner tech? If so. Labor rate X 1hour.

I have a neighbor that I sometimes do little things on his 8N. Now if it's gonna take awhile I charge, but if it's just a quick something I charge a pint of his Blackberry jelly or his homemade apple sauce. I think we both end up pretty darned good, money isn't everything but a good neighbor is pretty close. Keith
