gaskit leak???

I NEED TO FIND THE LEAK AROUND MY CARB. THERE WAS TALK ABOUT SPRAYING SOME THING AROUND IT THAT WOULD INDICATE THAT THERE WAS A LEAK WHEN THE MOTOR WAS RUNNING WHAT IS ???

Almost anything in a spray can will work. WD40 for one.

You can use a propane torch that if not lighted and wave it around and when the engine starts to change in sound etc you have found the leak or you can use carb cleaner spray and do it

Acetylene will work very well. So will propane or anything flammable you can spray around it. You will know when the engine sings a different tune. TDF

All the suggestions are good, but I have used water in a spray bottle for years--clean and safe.
