Yes it will mash down mole runs. Moles will only laugh at you. The next day they will be back again. Trust me. I made a roller that is close to 1000# per ft. 5 foot roller and 5000#. I can add 250 gallons to my roller, but that is counter productive. Any more weight will cause the rear wheels on tractor to pull harder and that will damage the sod.

I mash mole runs and then set traps when moles return. Never really win the battle with moles if you have a large lawn that is too big to treat with chemicals. And then you have neighbors moles come to visit.

I would never use on a hill or close to water, too dangerous.

When I grow up I wanna be like you... Its going at a slow pace it took me 2 weeks to get this out of him Where its located and today "I would guess that it weighs more than that.my tractor is 45hp 2 wheel drive and its all it wantsz".

I see a hydraulic drive motor on it I would not think that would affect how it would roll. I could hook my truck to it to check that out.
 
I bought a small self propelled roller with a Briggs 16 HP engine on it and the chain is broken so I just use the transport tongue to tow it and pack the driveways.
