They took the prostate a couple of years ago so thats not an issue but, the roids can be a real pain, always keep a tube of Prep H in the tool box.

I bought a FYI brand I think, brand of 18 wheeler driver air seat cushion on the www. Has an air fill port that you can blow into or for $10 use a little air pump they have for sale....air from an air compressor would do if you are real careful and don't over fill it. Has a nice woven fabric cover that prevents you from sweating Costs about $90 but is rugged and works great. You put very little air in it and then sit on it. When it feels right quit filling. Good for all the lower end ailments and works better than foam or gell cushions I tried to use.

Try Prostate defense.Over the counter pill. Helped me way more then what the dr prescribed.
