My middle daughter Cindy got married yesterday. Was a great day, perfect weather, and everything went off as planned. Just a small deal at her house with a few friends and close family. One of the funnest weddings I've been to. Here's Cindy and Brandon

Looks to be a great day. Also, my wife and I look forward to your funnies every day. I also spent about 25 yrs of my life in a truck, mostly pulling tanks. That's an easy job. Still have my truck, just haul grain local now. semi retired.

Congratulations to you Jon as the proud dad! Congratulations to your daughter and son-in-law also! My oldest daughter had an outdoor wedding 10
years ago on a beautiful fall day in late september. Best wishes to them for many wonderful years to come.

I like those simple country weddings, nothing fancy but really looked good. They are just a married as those folks that spend 20 thousand on a wedding. LOl

True. Only 20 grand seems to be cheap anymore. You hear about so many weddings where the bride turns into a Godzilla and her mother exercises dictatorial skills that would be the envy of a Third World despot.

When our daughter was a bridesmaid for one of her college roommates the bride told the bridesmaids not to spend any money, just to wear something appropriate that they already owned. Everyone had too much fun to notice what the wedding party was wearing.

My daughter did the same- told the bridesmaids to wear their favorite bridesmaid's dress- all ended up being different colors, and they all looked great. I liked the effect better than all being the same. Highlight of her wedding was that she rode in to the outdoor ceremony on her horse. Then a great reception, in a barn. Everybody there said it was about the best wedding ever.

Ok..I live in Woodbury Afton area..just down the interstate..lol
