1933 McCormick-Deering 10-20 Serial Numbers

I have acquired a McCormick-Deering 10-20. We looked at the serial number plate and this is what we found: KC-204153. We then looked at a bunch of websites and none of the serials number ranges line up with our tractors. In theory it should be in between a 1932 and 1934. Seems that no one has a range for a 1933. Did something happen in 1933 to cause none to be in production or something? I found an article stating only 20 were produced in 1933, but still had no serial number range. This was in the McCormick Deering archives. Are there any other serial numbers I can use to date it? Any help on identifying the year of build would be greatly appreciated! Below is the source I used for trying to date the tractor by serial number.

According to my 10-20 parts book TC-1-C , your tractor was built in 1932 KC 203175 to KC 204238. The book indicates none built in 1933, the depths of the depression.

Athol Carr,

Do you have a link to the parts book, or is it a hard copy? Can you upload a screen shot of the area where it shows the serial number ranges where it includes mine?

All,

Here is the link to the IH archives stating only 20 were made in 1933. But they do not list the serial numbers either.

Any help is appreciated!

Sorry, it is a hard copy manual. However, I have scanned the page with the production numbers.

the depression was at its worst and so was the dust bowl lots of crop failures and no money to buy tractors there were virtually no tractors sold in 33.
