Bent upward Fenders

Bush hogging, hit with another implement, juvenile drivers- .....and the list goes on.....

First thing I did with my MF 231 was remove the flat fenders, and install clam shell's. When mowing next to a fenced, I couldn't see how close I was to the fence. The fenders finally ended up in the iron pile. Stan

I've had stuff such as small trees and logs get flopped up by the front tire when brush hogging tall grass in the woods. Had them run up under the fender quickly if you happen to be looking the other way. Fortunately for my case, I've been able to stop before they shoved the fender up or back.

I have a lot of respect for Chip Foose when he works on cars. Not so much when he works on tractors. He sure ruined that 4020 in my opinion. :)

Broken axle makes a lot of sense given how they are bent, however I didn't think axles broke that often. Rogue tree limbs, maybe. The implement coming up over the tire would bend the fender in a different way in my mind.

Thanks everyone.

Paul
