I was given a Farmall super M from my grandpa and finally got enough money and the space to start working on it. Anyways I was interested in the year of the tractor so I found the serial and it reads Model: SM. Serial: F-9582. I can not find this number anywhere online. Can someone please help

Mid 1952 Super M made in the Chicago plant Casting numbers will help get to the month. See Serial Numbers to the left on this page. Jim

Rock Island Illinois, opposite side of northern Ill. was actually a major producer. Chicago was a component in the distribution and parts. Jim
